not really any exciting news to report...
after we got back from Vegas, i've felt even less motivated to blog. i wish i could get over these non-bloggin' blues.
i think one of the things that set me on the lazy path was coming back and finding an obituary of one of my friends. geez...not a good way to start the new year. i'm really gonna miss her. we had been pals in high school and had just gotten back in touch a couple years ago, when we saw each other at an annual 5K walk/run that's held in memory of one of our classmates who succumbed to brain cancer in '98.
anyway, KB was a great person. she had a million dollar smile that would light up the whole room. she always had encouraging words for others and passed out hugs like candy. it will be totally surreal without her at the race this year.
man, life is too short to waste with lame bickering and petty differences. although i never make new year's resolutions, i vow to let fewer things bother me and to live it up with my friends more...that's just how it has to be ;) and yes, i will try to be a better blogger because i know only posting every three weeks sure gets on some people's nerves...heh.
