although i'm itching to get back into it, there's no way i'm going out in 40 degree weather on wet grass to play. of course, the league, being of decent rationale, cancelled.
duh!
mebbe the weekend will shape up enough for me to find a game on sunday. that is, if i make plans to leave the house ;)

you two are too kind ;) nope. the pic is of a dutch student competition. that guy is probably a good 6-7 inches taller than i. although i probably have a better vertical than he does, height makes up for getting to the ball quicker... the guy is a gorilla though because the top of the net is 8 feet high...and he's getting at least his shoulders over it; i can only get my head over the net in my old age. i could do that 10-15 years ago ;)
