simplifying...
ugh. it had to be done. after keeping assorted spices for YEARS...like 40 kinds, we just chucked at least half of 'em. alum...mace...thyme...coriander...cardamom...rosemary...celery seed...galanga (thai ginger)...tarragon...ground mustard...cinnamon...onion powder...marjoram...dill...poultry seasoning...sage...allspice...anise...sesame...oregano...you name it.

i wonder how much money was spent on all of this...coulda bought a tank of gas probably!
ah well. good riddance. now i have nothing to season dinner with. how does a boiled chicken sound heh. surprisingly, i was raised on boiled chicken...great on white rice and dipped in soy or oyster sauce. mmmm...
